<p>The racks are divided into separate compartments. Each has an angle iron support rail (1, 2) each side. A guide channel (3) is fixed centrally, paralle to these rails. The top of the channel is open and a flat bar (4) is placed on it. Articles (11) on the shelves have their ends resting on the support rails. To manipulate these along the depth of the shelf, the bar is turned on edge, using the handle at the front. The articles are lifted and supported on their undersides by the top edge of the bar and the frictional contact between them is used for moving.</p> |
