The phenol is sprayed on the short cut glass wool in the manufacturing process of glass wool panel type sheet to use as a construction interior decoration material. But the harmful phenol in use can be diffused to air to cause the serious air-pollution, and the sprayed phenol on glass wool can spoil the water resource unless the waste water treatment facilities are prepared for the phenol recycling. The glass wool sheet is manufactured in conveyor system so the diffused phenol is sucked in phenol suction chamber and water is sprayed on the pebbles which is used as an adsorption material of gasified phenol.
