Solar sell comprises fluid channels (4) formed by shaping an extruding semi-finished plastic product and arranged in the form of an lower part (1a, 1b) on the bottom of a hard foam plastic trough (5) of which the edges form a support for a radition permeable cover plate (2), with a gap (3) between the lower part and cover plate. The lower part consist of a moulded component (1a) and a base layer (1b) which are both corrugated in the same direction to form the fluid channels and which are formed by localised compression and blow moulding of an extruded round or flat tube or by vacuum forming a film and localised welding to a corrugated counter-film. The wall thickness of the moulded component is smaller in the region of the corrugations than in the region of the compressed and welded surfaces, to reduce assistance to heat conduction.
