Power operated door or flap monitor - has safety devices stopping increase in pressure if control fails to respond to feedback

A power operated door or flap is fitted with monitoring and safety devices working in conjunction with the control system so that a power actuation or pressure increase is prevented if, following a pressure increase no feedback signal is received by the control system. The installation includes a pressure switch (5) with a contact (6) and electrical connections (11). The switch is operated by pressure pulses arriving at the switch housing from a hollow body (2) via a connecting pipe (4). Before joining the switch the pipe (4) has a T-branch with air bleed (7). The hollow body is also connected by a pipe (8) to an air pump (9) driven by an electromagnet (10).
