Signal divider where the two outputs are individually decoupled. The circuit is used in the form of a fork network in cable telephone, cable television, carrier wave telephony and in general where signals are conveyed along transmission cables. The divider network consists of a bridge circuit with impedances (Z1, Z2, Z3) and signal source with an internal impedance connected between the junctions (p, q, r, s). The outputs are decoupled by means of the impedance forming the bridge network being balanced including the internal impedance of the signal source with the characteristics of the input coupling. The input of the source (A) is directly coupled to two points on the bridge and to the other two points via a transformer of a given ratio.
|
