<p>Electrical multiway connector intended for connecting printed circuit copper surfaces to other electric or electronic elements. The printed circuit board is fitted into a U shaped inwardly sprung female connector or socket, further connection to which is made via pins integral with the socket wall. These pins protrude below the U form through the surface on which the connector is mounted. One wing of each U shaped socket has its end folded diagonally towards the base of the second wing. The edges of the wings are folded to form flanges perpendicular to the wings, at least one flange of each wing passing through connection rings on the mounting base and forming the pins.</p> |
