<p>Spaced pairs of temporary erection columns are first setup, connected to temporary support bases. A permanent base slab is made inside these, and covered with a separationg layer of bonding inhibitor, onto which load bearing wall members are cast, with hoisting cables anchored in them and extending from what are to be their top edges; the cast components are covered with a bonding inhibitor separating layer; onto which an adjacent slab is directly cast, with edges extending to the extent of the underlying wall's thickness, accommodationg the cable's extending ends and having hoisting members cast in and extending to the columns. Cross beams are between columns pairs at an interval above the top slabs, and hoisting members attached. Hoisting assemblies move hoisting bolts vertically and raise slabs to an upright position, with the walls swiging outwards and bottom edges slipping along the floor slab without damage, stabilisation both ways being accomplished during and after erection.</p> |
