<p>A bush inserted in a holed drilled in a hollow brick wall has a flange to make the drilled hole water-tigth, and the cement mortar is inserted by means of an injector through the hole in the bush open at the front, in order to fill the cavity surrounding it. the injector has a nozzle adapted to the size of the bore of the bush, its depth of entry limited by e.g. a conical shoulder. The abutment surface at the entry end of the bush has a check valve shutting the hole. The dowel has several lengthwise grooves with side surfaces possessing blocks projecting sideways, and the outer edges of the grooves end in a point at the entry end. The smaller outer diameter of the grooves corresponds to the diameter of the hole bored.</p> |
