The circuit supplies stabilized power for multi-mode monitor according to various horizontal frequencies. It includes horizontal drive(1), horizontal output(2), monitor(3), duty/time detector(4), duty controller(5), initial starter(6) and power transformer(7). The duty/time detector(4) produces determination signal corresponding to the span of horizontal drive pulse as duty information corresponding to the variation of horizontal frequencies. Comparing the output signal of the duty/time detector(4) with the 2nd order power determination signal(H/V Det) of flyback trans(FBT), the duty controller(5) changes power duty according to the horizontal frequencies. The initial starter(6) controls the initial operation of the duty controller(5) by detecting the output signal from the duty/time detector(4). The power transformer(7) produces supply power level(B+) of flyback trans by receiving the power from the duty controller(5).
