A useful load carrier (15) is bolted (17,18) to each other end of the compression (14) and tension (5) bars. A compression or tension spring (4) diagonally placed alternately joins the left hand side end point of the tension bar (5) or pressure bar (14) to a counter bearing on the bearing structure. The counter bearing acts as adjustment for the compression or tension spring. The adjustment consists of a threaded spindle (1), a threaded shoe (2) and adjustment knob (3). The threaded spindle is mounted by means of bearings (10) in the bearing structure (7).
