PURPOSE:To attain light weight, high stiffness and high corrosion proof performance by employing pellets made of thermoplastic resin compound with a specific length containing fibrous packing material of a specific wt.% (of the compound), with substantially the same length as the pellet and arranged nearly in parallel with the lengthwise direction of the pellet and forming the antenna dish by the injection molding method. CONSTITUTION:The parabolic antenna dish employs a pellet shaped thermoplastic resin compound whose length is 20-50mm including fibrous packing agent of 20-80wt.% (in compound) with the substantially same length as the pellet arranged nearly in parallel in the lengthwise direction of the pellet and is formed by the injection molding method. A strand or filament continuous fiber passes through an implegnation bath or a cross head dir or the like while being drawn to be implegnated by a thermoplastic resin molten material, emulsion or solution or the like supplied thereto, a desired cross sectional shape is given, the compound is cooled and cut off into a desired length, the thermoplastic resin compound reinforced by the long fiber in which the fiber is arranged with the same length of the pellet substantially is obtained. |
