PURPOSE:In order to make the simple selection of energy capturing type resonation use piezoelectric porcelain possible, owing to the oscillation being existing nearby the resonant frequency, by means of impressing the signal voltage through covering and contacting a paired counterpoising complementary electrodes with the pressure of 0.1 - 8 kg/cm<2> on a part of two principal planes of the miezoelectric porcelain plate being polarized in the direction of thickness.
