<p>Medicaments having a vasoregulating action on cerebral circulation contain vincanol (I) and acetyl salicylic acid (II). (I) is a known vasodilator for cerebral blood flow and (II) is known to have a platelet aggregation inhibiting action. The combination of these 2 shows an increased effect without increasing the toxicity. Preferred wt. ratio of (I):(II) is 0.01-0.1 esp. 0.025-0.075. In an example, tablets were prepared contg. 0.02 g (I), 0.300 g (II), 0.008 g wheat starch, 0.012 g lactose, 0.004 g magnesium stearate, and a trace of tartrazine blue.</p> |
