<p>To the common point of a group of alarm supervision elements is connected a single supplementary alarm element. This supplementary element is triggered by the same signal which triggers the common alarm. It injects a signal, via the common point, into all the elements of the alarm supervision group, except the one which produced the trigger signal for the common element. The signal modifies the normal display of each of the individual alarm supervision elements which give a continuous alarm while the triggering circuit has an intermittent alarm. The system can be overridden by a central switch.</p> |
