PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of skip, by means of controlling the phase owing to the phase gap of after the pertarbation when the phase fluctuation such as transmission path cut-off and so on are extraordinally large, in a phase synchronization oscillation circuit which memorizes the phase gap of input and output signals through digitalizing it.
