PURPOSE:Prostaglandin analogues of formula I[ring A is readical of formulas II,III, and IV; B is O, S; R1, R2 are H, halogen, CF<3>, 1 -4C alkyl, alhoxy;R is - COOR<3>(R<3> is H, 1 - 12C alkyl), -CH2OR<4>(R<4> is H, 2 - 5C alkylcarbonyl); double bonds between C2 and C3 and C5 and C6, and C13 and C14 are trans, cis, and trans, respectively)], their chathrate compounds in cyclodextrin, and nontoxic salts thereof.
