Clock dial design esp. for children - has hour and minute ciphers and quartered panels indicating time descriptors

The clock dial design is intended to enable children to learn clock time workings. It includes an inner circle of large numbers (in red) from 1 to 12 indicating the hours and an outer circle (in blue) of four quadrants of numbers from 1 to 14 indicating minutes before or after the quarter hour markings. In the central area are four quadrants marked (in clockwise rotation) "over", "voor half", "over half", "voor" to enable the correct desenptors to be adopted for clock time notations used in Dutch.
