<p>A run-off device for liquid fat from a frying receptacle mounted in a housing, has a tap (2) located beneath the bottom of the receptacle, and actuated by a spindle (5) leading to the housing (1), and a telescopic pipe (3, 4) which extends parallel to the spindle, with its inner pipe (3) connected to the tap. The sliding outer pipe is mounted on a frame-like slide (8) which extends through the housing surrounding the receptacle. On the end of the spindle remote from the tap is mounted a horizontal swinging actuating lever (6) which is moved into the operating position by means of a draw bar (13) mounted on the slide. The slide can have a handle bar (12), and when retracted forms with the housing wall a unit which conceals the run-off elements.</p> |
