<p>The trailer hitch is particularly for private cars, having a bracket fixed to the rear edge of the car, and a ball neck with coupling ball detachably secured to the bracket. The bracket (1) has a support plate (2) with a free protruding edge upwards and downwards. A holding device (4) on the ball neck (3), fits round the support plate after sliding onto it from the side, encloding the protruding edges. One or more locking devices secure the device in place. The support plate can preferably be rectangular, with its face vertical and extending across the vehicle.</p> |
