The medicines are introduced into containers (37) in the factory in large quantities and unpacked, and they are supplied in this form to distribution centres, for example hospitals and pharmacies. In these distribution centres a unit of quantity, here one tablet, is packed and discharged by the device when required. The container (37) is constructed in such a way that tablets (50) cannot be removed without the packing device (40). The packing material used is a foil (44) into which depressions are stamped using the punching device (49, 48). The package is closed with a stick-on label (43) from a supply roll (36). The stick-on label can be already inscribed or can be inscribed by a downstream, programmable printing unit with information about the medicine and with the name of the patient. <IMAGE> |
