MANUFACTURE OF HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To form a heat insulation plate of uniform seal structure without layers, skins or void sites by injection filling first synthetic resin agitation liquid into recessed sections of trapezoidal lines on the rear side of a metal hoop material below and spreading synthetic resin agitaion liquid into the recessed sections filled with injection of synthetic resin agitaion liquid just after said first injection and also into projected sections. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin agitation liquid 8 is transferred from a creamy state to the foamed state as conveyors move forward in recessed sections. A synthetic resin liquid agitator 12 for injection filling the whole face of a metal hoop material 4 below traverses as indicated by an arrow mark to form a uniform surface. Agitation liquid 8 injection filled into recessed sections is spread from the agitator 12 for coating the whole surface to recessed sections 9 and projected sections 11 in the creamy state 10. The same is entered an area between an upper face conveyor 16 and a lower face conveyor 15 by the rotation of an upper face roller 14 and a lower face roller 13, while the metal hoop material 3 is pressed and self-bonded in the given thickness between the metal hoop material 4 below a space where the synthetic resin agitation liquid 8 is foamed and filled and the upper face roller 14 and the lower face roller 13.
