<p>PURPOSE:To enable perfectly unmanned control of pallet stacking operation of corrugated board case bundles by providing an auxiliary aligning part having a moving means for moving corrugated board case bundles in the same direction as the feed direction in a main aligning part, in the front stage of the main aligning part of a patterning device. CONSTITUTION:For respective patterns, corrugated board case bundles are arranged in accordance with the respective patterns, and a program for controlling the action of respective parts of a patterning device 10 and a palletizer 20 for stacking pallets is previously prepared. Loaded with both a program corresponding to the optimum pattern selected by calculating part 33 and the data of stacking step number of pallets, a sequence control part 34 is brought to a standby condition in which sequence control action can be started. In this standby condition, when corrugated board case bundles are transferred from the preceding process by means of a bundling machine or the like, the patterning device arranges the corrugated board case bundles in a specified direction under the control of a central control unit 30, and the corrugated board case bundles are aligned by a main aligning part 14 via an auxiliary aligning part 15.</p> |
