<p>PURPOSE:To improve the processing capability while eliminating a time loss by a method wherein an empty packaging sheet is lifted by drawing with a suction cup and is discharged from a discharge port which is provided on one side of an unpacking process part. CONSTITUTION:A device for the title method is constituted of a packaging sheet loading part A, carrying part B, transfer part C, unpacking process part D, discharge part E, sheet paper storage part F and a bulk sheet paper send-out mechanism part G. The one on the top stage of packaging sheets 4 which are stacked in multi-stages is hung by suction and carried to the transfer part B. By a paper pushing body 49, the carried packaging sheet 4 is sent forward to the unpacking process part D, and right and left both side surfaces of the packaging sheet 4 are automatically cut. After the front surface has been cut when the advance is stopped, the packaging sheet 4 is opened vertically, and sheet papers 5 are removed from the packaging sheet 4, and at the same time, the empty packaging sheet 4 is listed by drawing with a suction cup 21 and is discharged from a discharge part E which is provided on one side of the unpacking process part D. By this method, a loss time is eliminated, and the processing capability can be improved.</p> |
