The preferred enzymes are proteases, e.g. trypsin, papain, chymotrypsin, pepsin, subtilisin, or esterases, e.g. lipases, phospholipase and cholinesterase or carbohydrases, e.g. amylases, glycosidases, pectinase; saccharase and maltase. The preferred ether is dimethyl ether, optionally containing other propellants, surfactants, preservatives, or anti-corrosive compounds. |
