The through-connector, for e.g. a transformer regulator, consists of a clamping part that presses a cable (5) against a locked metal cylinder that passes through the insulating wall (1) to a contact on the opposite side. A bolt (25) presses the cable onto the surface of the cylinder (10). The cylinder has a circular head with a locking pin (15) that engages in a hole (4) in the insulating wall, thereby preventing the cylinder from rotating or otherwise moving as the bolt is tightened. The contact (32) on the opposite side of the wall is fixed by a stud (33) passing axial into the other face of the cylinder. The advantage lies in its simple assembly.
|
