The support is for printing documents with covers such as airline tickets, particularly where such documents are inserted in the machine from the front. The free ends of the pages of the documents are held together against the supporting strip proper. They can be secured to it by gluing, and the strip can be glued to extension of the bottom document cover, so as to enclose the pages completely. Alternatively it can be an extension folded over above the pages. An additional sheet, with a reproducing layer on the reverse side, can be inserted between the supporting strip and the first page of the document.
