PURPOSE:A production method of an elastic surface-wave unti which is designed so as not to have the deviation of refrence frequency of frequency characteristics from the expected value, even though the interval between paried neighbouring electrode elements with bamboo-lilind shapes of transducer possesses the deviation from the expected value.
