PURPOSE:To drive an electronic watch, which has vibrating element such as a crystal et. al. by only a little electric power and low electric pressure, even if oscillating circuit with high frequency is utilized, by dividing frequency dividing circuit of electronic watch into two, and then making up a circuit which is driven in sphere of high frequency by IC which has 11L structure, and also making up a circuit which is driven in sphere of low frequency by IC which has C-MOS structure. |
