<p>The ski boot is rigid to either side of the wearer's ankle bone whilst remaining flexible above the instep and the heel. In the instep and heel zones (3, 4) the elasticity of of the boot has an elasticity which decreases from the upper edge (7) of the boot to the sole (6). Pref. the wall thickness of the boot (1) increases from the upper edge (7) to the boot sole (6). The elastic zones have the usual undulations running parallel sole and both elasticated zones are connected by a mutual finishing edge (7). An adjustable strap on one elasticated part (4) above the heel fixes onto a holder on one of the rigid side parts (5) for improved fit.</p> |
