The cage for roller bearings comprises a plastics moulding with circumferential arms (2) defining between them spaces (3) for the rollers and extending axially. At one end, the arms are connected circumferentially by a band (1) spanning all the arm. At their other ends the arms are free. To ensure that the bearing case does not distort into a conical shape as a result of banding at one end only, the connecting band has shallower radial height than the arms. The connecting band may be flush with the radially inner or the radially outer surfaces of the arms.
