<p>Two or more bottle grip devices (5, 6, 7) are positioned one behind the other along the conveyor track (1) for the bottles (2) in a bottle sorting and unpacking installation. Each bottle grip device is made to correspond to a certain bottle size or shape. With the coordination of individual bottle this grips to a particular bottle size, assured by sensor elements fitted to the bottle grip units. The relative position of the bottle grips depend on the sensing position of the sensor elements. The bottle grip devices are adjusted, in particular at the gripper head by remote controlled magnetic valves operated by air pressure systems dependent on the reaction produced by a bottle testing apparatus.</p> |
