In the form shown in Fig. 3, the pin 16 has obliquely cut-away portions 21, 22 occupied by wedgeshaped portions 17, 18 which are forced apart to provide grip by means grease injected at nipple 32 into chambers 23, 24. A rubber spacer excludes dirt. The pin is released by unscrewing the nipple or a plug 33. In the form shown in Fig. 4, a piston 43 forces a plunger 44 into a recess in the bore.</p> |
