<p>PURPOSE:To perform stable smoothing with a specific press load by providing a bearing supporting member with a load converter for adjustably supporting a bearing of a rolling shaft with a distance between a press roll and an object to be smoothed, and measuring reaction of press working. CONSTITUTION:An object 8 to be worked is formed with a fine pattern 81 of RGB three primary colors printed on one of substrate surfaces. With this pattern 8 of the object 8 facing upward, a flat pressing substrate 9 is mounted thereon to be mounted on a carrier 7. By adjusting a distance between a press roll 1 and the substrate 9 with a handle 43, the carrier is run to have the pattern 81 of the object 8 smoothed. Reaction at this time is transmitted to a load converter 5 via a roll shaft 11 and a bearing 2 so that measuring the reaction allows accurate measurement of a press load applied to the object 8. Thus stable smoothing can be done with a specific press load.</p> |
