摘要 FIELD: transport engineering; vehicle windshield washers; defrosting holes of spherical jets at low temperatures. SUBSTANCE: electrically heated multiple-jet nozzle has housing made of heat resistant plastic with union and channel to pass liquid and two of three spherical jets with adjustable direction of washing liquid sprays press-fitted in housing cover installed in outlet hole to press spherical jets, electric thermally stabilized heating element installed in housing space and heat conduit with electric terminals. Heat conduit of plate-type designed to pass heat from heating element to spherical jets is installed in housing by casting method. Two plates of heat conduit are side walls of space of thermocouple housing. Through holes with spherical walls for flexible pressing through surfaces to spherical jets are made in part of plate-type heat conduit getting into outlet space of housing. Heating element is made in form of two parallel-connected thermocouples pressed to heat conduit plates forming opposite side walls of housing and electric terminals through seal made of heat resistant rubber.
