<p>The collapsible serving trolley comprises two centrally mounted upright end supports (2, 3) firmly connected together by horizontal struts (4, 5) which are mounted along the centre line of the trolley 1. Each support is provided at the side with flanges (6, 7, 8, 9) which independently swivel about a vertical axis so that the width or depth of the trolley can be reduced completely or by half by folding away two or all the flanges. The shelves or trays (11', 11", 12', 12") which extend between the supports (2, 3) are designed to fold up along the centre line of the trolley so that each half of the tray can swivel independently about a horizontal axis (23) from a horizontal work position into a vertical rest position. Thus the width of the trolley is reduced as above by only using one half of the trays.</p> |
