PURPOSE:To provide a method for crushing and drying refuse of a fish and a chicken under a process therein refuse is dried in an airtight furnace with an adequate temperature by the use of a liquid medium with a high regernerative and heating efficiency without destroying a protein and also in protecting against the spread of offensive odor.
