<p>1510000 Distributing liquids or pastes applied to textiles D M EISEN 30 June 1975 [1 July 1974] 27450/75 Heading D1L In the application of liq. or paste e.g. in dyeing, washing or finishing, to a hank or web of textile S e.g. by passage through a bath 8 or under a spray device, the liq. or paste applied is distributed or removed by passage around a series of off-set rollers 4, 5 and 6, the textile being conveyed by means of an oval-shaped drive roller 7. The rollers 4, 5 and 6 may be freely rotatable or driven by drive roller motor 7a via pulleys 10 and 12, the rollers rotating at different speeds decreasing in the direction of textile travel. The rollers 4, 5 and 6 may also be of triangular construction and formed from circumferentially spaced rods attached to discs. The apparatus may be accommodated in a housing 1 provided with a steam or hot air inlet 2 and outlet 3.</p> |
