PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a workbench from being damaged by storing it in a vehicle without bringing the workbench into contact with the vehicle. SOLUTION: A vertically movable workbench 19 is attached to the tip of a telescopic boom 15 provided on a vehicle body 3 so as to be derricked, and a boom receiver 9 for lowering the telescopic boom 15 and for storing it is provided on the vehicle body 3. When the telescopic boom 15 is stored on the vehicle body 3, a workbench detecting sensor detects whether the workbench 19 approaches the upper surface of a step 7 or not. In a case where the telescopic boom 15 is stored and supported on the boom receiver 9, if the workbench detecting sensor detects that the workbench 19 approaches the upper surface of the stop 7, a controller regulates the lowering operation of the telescopic boom 15.
