PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let an unit be in contact with/separated from a structural body in a narrow space. SOLUTION: Rotating wheels 30 are provided for both the sides of an unit 18 attached to a structural body P in such a way as to be freely rotated, a running body 27 is provided in such a way as to be freely revolved, a rack part 31 is provided for a supporting body 16, the unit 18 is displaced to the straight line direction parting from the structural body P by rotating the rotating wheels 30, and the revolving movement of the unit 18 is thereby permitted at the position where the unit is released from its regulating guide 35, so that the unit 18 is thereby in contact with/separated from the structural body P in a narrow space.
