PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb an impact on an occupant leg part effectively while restraining the traveling amount of an occupant leg part within a fixed range. SOLUTION: A bracket 1A supporting an instrument panel near the leg part of an occupant from the back is constituted of a main bracket 4 absorbing an impact by plastic deformation while an impact is being applied to the leg part, and a sub bracket 5 which is provided at an interval to the main bracket 4 within a space the main bracket 4 forms and absorbs an impact by plastic deformation following the plastic deformation of the main bracket 4.
