<p>An automatic lubrication system for pneumatic tools, uses primary pneumatic energy to disperse a lubricant spray on the working parts. The liquid spray may lubricate clean or device the tool. The system may include a reservoir (1) holding the lubricant (2). An outlet conduit (3) leads to the pneumatic motor from the reservoir base. An air inlet conduit (4) leads from the motor feed (5) to the top of the reservoir. Air pressure thus cause fluid to flow into the motor where it is atomised by the pistons (6), and air containing lubricant particles is fed to the working parts. A tap (7) controls the flow of air to the reservoir and a valve (8) with a throttle chamber (9) controls the flow of lubricant into the motor.</p> |
