Toy which shoots elastic bands at target - has thin rod with band stretched between sight and trigger

The toy consists of a thin rod which is fixed on a support so that elastic or rubber bands can be shot safely at a target. At one extremity of the rod there is a sight with a horizontal groove. The other extremity of the rod has a shot along its median axis through which the trigger (4) is fixed. The trigger has a notch (5) at the top and a recoil spring (6). The elastic band is stretched between the groove of the sight and the notch of the trigger and when the trigger is pulled back the band is freed.
