<p>The HF connection circuit connects a coaxial antenna to the coaxial input of a radio receiver. The circuit is screened, but does not permit the current in the outer conductor of the antenna line to reach the receiver input circuit. Transformers are coupled to the end of the antenna line (2) and to the input (11) of the radio receiver to convert the coaxial unbalanced lines with respect to ea*th to balanced line sections. The transformers (4, 5, 8, 9) are located at the extreme ends of the connection circuit and separated by d.c. decoupling capacitors (6, 7).</p> |
