Each support insulator is mounted in a base frame, consisting of laterally open U-shaped supports, by means of a rotary bearing with a bearing bush and journal. At the open side of the U-shaped support (14) prismatic recesses (17) are provided in the two edges (15, 16), in which a bolt (18) is pressed. The bearing journal (24) of the rotary bearing is formed in one piece with the bolt. Preferably the bolt has threaded bores (19, 20) for screws (21, 22), abutting the support (14) and pulling the bolt into the recesses. The bolt has a shoulder on the end facing the support insulator, which is suitable for the rotary bearing tight fit.
