PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for easily realizing the rewriting of a program parameter written in a ROM whose rewriting is normally difficult, and for easily realizing the improvement in the development efficiency and the change of a parameter after shipping. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a PROM 203 in which a program execution code is stored as a data block 220 and a RAM 204 to which the program execution code is copied. A parameter block 250 is added to a free area 210 of the PROM 203, and a parameter table matched with a parameter table name 252 included in the parameter block 250 is retrieved from a program execution code 260 copied to the RAM 204, and a parameter 251 for overwriting is overwritten.
