SILVER HALIDE COLOR PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silver halide color photographic sensitive material having such a density that optical information exposed from the rear side can be appropriately read after development, having improved IR detectability with a processor and also having good suitability to desilvering in rapid processing. SOLUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material has at least one red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, at least one green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and at least one blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer on the transparent substrate and also has at least one hydrophilic colloidal layer containing black colloidal silver between the substrate and the photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer closest to the substrate. The photographic sensitivity of the sensitive material is >=ISO0320 and the transmission-spectral absorption density at 950 nm (IR absorption density) is 1.7-3.0.
