PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow quick humidity measurement. SOLUTION: A first prescribed voltaged outputting means 14 for outputting the first prescribed voltage is connected to one end of a polymer type humidity sensor 10 of which a resistance value changes in response to humidity, and the other end of the sensor 10 and plural resistances 12 are connected to an A/D convertering means 16. The second prescribed voltage outputting means 18 having plural output terminals connected selectively to the plural resistances 12 is provided to output a second prescribed voltage from the optional terminal out of them, and to allow other terminals thereof to be electrically opened, and a humidity calculating means 20 calculates humidity based on an output result of the A/D converting means 16, when the output result in the timing where the optional terminal of the second prescribed voltage outputting means 18 outputs the prescribed voltage is within a prescribed range.
