Aq. compsns. contg. an incompletely polymsd. resin, esp. a polyester, epoxy, or furan resin, for use in moulding, extrusion, spraying, etc. are prepd. by homogeneously dispersing (I) the resin, and (II) a curing agent in an aq. soln. of (III) a surface active agent. Process gives homogeneous stable dispersions, even with a high filler content. The prods. are easily converted into finished resin prods. with good mechanical properties, and can be easily detached from the shaping surface, e.g. a mould. |
