Scraper conveyor chain attachment - has roller guiding single chain at track bends with hinged plates accommodating curvature

Hinged plates with guide rollers are attached at equal intervals along one forged links chain. Two pair of rollers track on right or left hand conveyor bends respectively. The laterally hinged plates accommodate to the chain wheels' circumferential curvature. The guiding attachments alternate with the scraper bars which move freely at a bend. The chain (3) carries a central pivot pin (16) and two side pins (19). Front plates (20) and rear plates (22), all turn on the central pin. Each plate has a roller (26) which runs on the conveyor guide rails.
