Injection moulding tapered articles with base - with perfect ejection by centrifugal vice with spring loaded balls

An injection mould tool for thermoplastics has lateral moving blocks and uses mounting platens. One platen, which is connected to another moving plate, has a centrifugal device of ejector plate and base plate. This consists of an annular housing with several radial passages each contg a spring-loaded ball, and an ejector column which passes through the annular housing and has a circumferential neck. The whole arrangement moulds and ejects a tapered moulding with a base.
